READY TO SHIP

For some of our items we choose to produce a small quantity so they are available now for shipment , while for others we use a pre-order method. Check the product page for how the item you are interested in is produced.

PREORDER

We produce our garments using a pre-order method that allows us to optimize shipments and produce more sustainably by avoiding overproduction.

We reserve the maximum time of 3 weeks to be able to produce and ship your order, but it is possible that the package will be shipped sooner.

SHIPPING:

All packages are insured with a tracking number, which will be sent by email at the time of shipment.

ITALY: Free shipping over 50 €

UE: 10€

Extra UE: 15€

 

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or nonexistent, or if the package is not picked up during any of the delivery attempts and is returned to us, the costs for a new shipment will be borne entirely by the customer.

 

 RETURN:

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS SINCE YOUR ORDER DATE TO ASK FOR A FULL REFUND.

Taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee are borne by the consumer.

Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.

Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.

Close the box and the tape it securely.

Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods.

We recommend posting within 5 working days of your Return.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or demaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
